1. Start with a freshly cleansed face and apply a toner to prep your skin.

2. Gently take out your Hydra-Bright Collagen Eye Restoring Pads and place them under your eyes.

3. Smooth them out carefully to ensure full contact and maximum absorption.

4. After 10-15 minutes, remove the pads and lightly tap the remaining essence into your skin.
