<p>Getting the most from your Ambuscade Invigorating Body Lotion:<p>

<p>1. Start with a coin-sized amount of lotion in your palm and evenly distribute it on targeted parts of your body, starting from your feet up.<p>
<p>2. Repeat as you work by section, applying to legs, torso, and arms.<p>
<p>3. Do not forget to rub lotion into your feet and hands, paying special attention to particularly cracked, dry areas and your knees and elbows. Finally, do not saturate your body with lotion, but start with a small amount and increase as needed.<p>
